Ongoing issue with a community housing tenant who has been damaging property and threatening to attack residents for months (as well as having been arrested by police on several occasions for physically assaulting a resident) which the Dept of Communities states does not meet their disruptive behaviour criteria" and when asked what DOES meet their criteria they will not give any specific information. Maybe he'll succeed next time he tries running someone over and they'll do something about it

Will let anyone live in the house and completely trash it! Cops in the street daily thanks to the tenants in the house. Won’t do anything about it ‘because it’s to much hassel’. So sick of drug deals going on in the street/park right in view of children!!! The street was so nice till the drug Addicts moved in! Maybe they should monitor who’s in the houses. So many emails and phone calls yet nothing is done. Many residents are ready to burn the house down if nothing is done.

I called up to make an enquiry about my case, which had been lodged at the Wellington st office, after waiting for weeks for my case officer to return my call. They transferred me to Mirrabooka.. waited on hold, Mirrabooka told me I needed to call Wellington st. I explained that Wellington st had transferred me to them. The receptionist then transferred me to someone else, who transferred me again, to end up on voicemail. If you’re counting, that’s 4 transfers. This was a few weeks ago and no one has returned my call.
